  • **Verifying the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source material**: You'll be responsible for verifying the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source material, ensuring that all information is accurate and reliable.
  • **Uploading documents/backup records in the Salesforce system**: You'll be responsible for uploading documents and backup records into the Salesforce system, ensuring that all information is secure and easily accessible.
  • **Monitoring aging of accounts receivable, preparing invoices, and facilitating the collection process**: You'll be responsible for monitoring the aging of accounts receivable, preparing invoices, and facilitating the collection process, ensuring that all payments are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • **Reconciling Purchase Orders**: You'll be responsible for reconciling Purchase Orders, ensuring that all orders are accurate and up-to-date.
  • **Conducting a hard count of product labels, on a weekly basis**: You'll be responsible for conducting a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis, ensuring that all labels are accurate and up-to-date.
