Job Description
- Manage the Epic Research/Clinical Trials/Genomics team
- Oversee build, optimization, and support of Epic workflows
- Partner with clinical trial and research teams
- Ensure workflow accuracy, compliance, and data integrity
- Lead issue resolution, upgrades, and enhancements
- Visit client monthly for onsite support

- Experience with Epic Research, Clinical Trials, or Genomics
- Epic Research Cert.
- Clinical trials background
- Leadership or team management experience
- Strong understanding of research protocols
- Ability to travel monthly
- Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Epic Beacon, or Genomics certification
- Clinical research or CT certification
- Oncology or genomics workflow experience
