About the position
We are seeking an experienced PL/SQL Developer to support end-to-end solution design, development, and data validation for critical regulatory reporting initiatives, including but not limited to FR 2052A, FR Y-15, and other liquidity and risk-related reports. This role requires deep technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and strong functional understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks within financial institutions.
- Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL code including packages, procedures, functions, and cursors.
- Build and maintain Oracle Data Warehouse and DataMart components to support regulatory reporting requirements.
- Develop and manage ETL processes leveraging PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting, and batch execution frameworks.
- Debug, tune, and enhance large-scale PL/SQL applications for performance and stability.
- Prepare deployment-ready code and participate in the release/packaging process to move solutions into production environments.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise data architecture, quality, and control standards.
- Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions supporting regulatory reporting across liquidity, capital, and risk domains.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, synthesize, and translate requirements into robust solution designs.
- Conduct thorough functional analysis to identify data gaps, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
- Perform detailed data validation and reconciliation for regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Work with QA teams to support test case preparation, execution, and defect management.

- FR 2052 A Reg Reporting on Liquidity Risk
- Nasdaq Axiom Reg Reporting solution experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of experience as a Developer/Analyst within a financial institution, focusing on regulatory reporting initiatives.
- Proven experience working with U.S. regulatory reports such as FR 2052A, FR Y‑15, liquidity risk reporting, or similar frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with end‑users, business analysts, and technical teams in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with AxiomSL (Axiom) regulatory reporting platform is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
