Apex Therapy is a group practice in New Jersey that specializes in trauma & OCD. We believe in evidence-based treatment (CBT, ERP, CPT, PE, +) and in building a workplace where clinicians can grow.

- 18 clients/week (balanced caseload) = ~$71,000/year
- 23 clients/week (optional higher caseload) = ~$91,000/year
- Stability: We handle marketing and admin (billing, +) so you can focus on clients
- Your Role
- Provide individual telehealth therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Carry a sustainable caseload of 15–20 clients/week
- Complete documentation
- Excellence in treatment planning
- Who You Are
- Licensed in New Jersey
- Trained (or interested in training) in Exposure Response Prevention,Prolonged Exposure, or similar
- Energized by a growth mindset
- Thrives in independent work but want to offload marketing, billing, admin, +
