A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Social Worker specializing in telehealth services within a school setting. This role supports the mental health and well-being of students through remote counseling and intervention, ensuring accessible care tailored to individual needs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual social work services including assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention to students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop comprehensive care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines
- Provide resources and referrals to community services as needed
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities related to telehealth best practices
- Desired Qualifications:
- Degree in Social Work (BSW, MSW) with state licensure or eligibility
- Experience providing telehealth or remote social work services, preferably within an educational environment
- Strong understanding of student developmental and psychosocial needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with children, families, and school personnel
