Mark My Words Media is a US-based marketing agency that partners with owner-led businesses (primarily sign, print, and local service companies) to build sustainable, compounding growth systems.

    We are launching a new flagship service — the Revenue Flywheel — which goes beyond campaigns and focuses on building long-term systems for:
  • Client acquisition
  • Retention & reactivation
  • Referral-driven growth

This role sits at the center of that transformation. We’re hiring a Senior Client Success Manager/Business Advisor to own client relationships end-to-end.

    You will act as:
  • A trusted advisor to business owners
  • The internal representative of the client (product owner)
  • The person responsible for ensuring the client’s strategy, priorities, and execution stay aligned
  • Internal coordinator with our delivery team
    Role ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory & Strategy
  • Build deep understanding of each client’s business, goals, and constraints
  • Guide clients through growth strategy
  • Regularly review performance, priorities, and alignment
  • Communicate honestly and directly — even when conversations are hard
    Internal Coordination (Product Owner Role)
  • Translate client priorities into clear internal execution plans
  • Own prioritization: what matters this week and this month
  • Ensure tasks move forward in the correct order
    Relationship Ownership
  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Maintain proactive, responsive communication
  • Ensure clients feel understood, supported, and confident

What Success Looks Like (First 60 Days)

    By day 60, you can:
  • Clearly explain each client’s top priorities
  • Articulate what the team should focus on next and why
  • Demonstrate client trust and confidence
  • Show consistent follow-through and closure of open loops
    Required Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience advising business owners or executives
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
  • MBA or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in high-level digital marketing roles
  • Excellent written and verbal English (Minimum C1 required)
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
  • Familiarity with US business culture & geography
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and relentless with follow-ups
  • Ownership mindset — self-directed and reliable in a remote environment
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, ClickUp, and Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: Remote
