About Us
PECGNA is a telehealth-based mental health practice specializing in forensic psychological evaluation services. We are committed to delivering timely, objective, and high-quality assessments that support legal and administrative decision-making. We are currently expanding our team and seeking licensed psychologists with forensic experience to provide services remotely across PSYPACT participating states.
- Types of Evaluations We Commonly Provide
- Family-Building (Surrogacy)
- Parental Fitness Evaluations
- Fitness for Duty Assessments (e.g., public safety, healthcare, government roles)
- Court-Ordered Psychological Evaluations
- Civil Capacity Assessments (e.g., medical decision-making, testamentary capacity)
- Guardianship and Capacity Evaluations (e.g., Alzheimer's, dementia, neurocognitive concerns)
- Immigration Evaluations (especially relevant for Spanish-speaking clients)
- Required Experience and Skills
- Fluency in English, with the ability to conduct interviews and write reports
- Fluency in Spanish is an advantage
- Active PSYPACT license
- Experience conducting forensic psychological evaluations
- Strong clinical interviewing and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with psychological and neurocognitive testing instruments
- Ability to write clear, well-organized, legally defensible reports
- Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines
- Prior experience working with attorneys, courts, or public agencies
- Telehealth experience
- Willingness to testify in court, if necessary

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $120.00 - $150.00 per hour
