A faith-based organization focused on spreading hope, teaching, and community impact. We are seeking an experienced Facebook Growth Specialist to help us expand our online presence and build meaningful engagement that leads to long-term supporters and an active online community.
Important: Content will be provided by our team. This role is focused strictly on audience growth, engagement, and community building — not creating posts.
Key Responsibilities
Facebook Growth Strategy
Develop and execute a clear strategy to grow our Facebook page with a focus on:
Supporters and donors
Engaged Christian audiences
Identify and target audiences aligned with faith-based and ministry content
Community Engagement
Engage with followers by:
Responding to comments and messages (when appropriate)
Encouraging meaningful conversations on posts
Building authentic relationships with the online community
Help nurture followers into a more connected and engaged ministry community
Organic Growth Tactics
Implement ethical, organic strategies to grow reach (no bots or fake followers)
Share existing ministry content strategically in relevant Facebook groups (where appropriate)
Suggest collaboration or cross-promotion opportunities with other Christian pages or communities
Tracking & Reporting
Track growth, engagement, and key performance metrics
Provide a simple monthly report including:
Follower growth
Engagement rate
Audience insights
Recommendations to improve reach and interaction
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience growing Facebook pages organically
Understands faith-based, church, or ministry audiences (strong plus)
Is skilled at community engagement and relationship-building
Is strategic and proactive about growth (not just scheduling posts)
Communicates clearly and provides regular updates
Has experience using Facebook Insights and analytics tools
