CANDLEY is a premium, design-forward candle brand preparing for national boutique and specialty retail expansion.

We already have product designs, branding, photography, and positioning. We need a professional designer to take existing assets and transform them into a persuasive, cohesive wholesale marketing package suitable for boutique retail buyers.

This is not a branding-from-scratch project. This is a sales material execution and refinement project.

Objective

Create a polished, persuasive, retail-ready wholesale package that:

• Communicates brand positioning clearly

• Makes ordering simple

• Elevates perceived value

• Looks professional enough for boutique buyers

• Is usable for both email outreach and printable distribution

Scope of Work

You will design the following:

1. Wholesale Line Sheet (Primary Deliverable)

Clean, modern layout

Product photos organized by collection or SKU

SKU name, description, size, MSRP, wholesale price

Case pack / MOQ information

Reorder details

Contact / ordering information

Brand positioning paragraph

Visual consistency with brand tone

Deliverables:

PDF (email optimized)

Print-ready PDF (CMYK, bleed if applicable)

Editable source file (Illustrator / InDesign / Figma)

2. Retail Sell Sheet (Condensed Version)

1-page persuasive overview

Hero product imagery

Key differentiators

Wholesale terms summary

Ordering CTA

3. Retail Outreach Visual Assets

Email header graphics

Simple product showcase graphic for outreach emails

Optional social proof layout (if applicable)

Instagram-friendly version of line sheet graphics

4. Direct Mail Version (If Used)

4x6 or 5x7 postcard layout

Strong visual + short wholesale CTA

QR code placement for wholesale page

5. Organized Asset Folder Structure

You will return all materials clearly organized for:

Email outreach

Print

Social use

Sales rep use

What I Will Provide

You will receive:

• High-resolution product images

• Logo files (vector + raster)

• Brand fonts (if applicable)

• Brand color palette

• Product details (sizes, SKUs, pricing, fragrance notes, etc.)

• Wholesale pricing structure

• MOQ / case pack information

• Brand positioning statement

• Any current marketing copy

• Packaging images

• Target retailer profile

If something is missing, you must identify it clearly.

What Must Be Included in the Full Marketing Package

The final package must clearly communicate:

• Brand identity and tone

• Target customer demographic

• Product differentiation

• MSRP vs wholesale margin clarity

• Ordering simplicity

• Contact and fulfillment method

• Professional presentation suitable for boutique buyers

Requirements

• Strong portfolio in product or retail branding

• Experience designing wholesale line sheets

• Understanding of boutique retail buyers

• Clean typography and layout skills

• Ability to organize product information clearly

• U.S.-based preferred (not required if highly qualified)

All work is work-for-hire.

All source files, layouts, and designs become the sole property of CANDLEY upon final payment.
