Launch My Online Trading Store
I need a seasoned business-and-trading consultant who can walk me step-by-step from a blank slate to a revenue-generating online store. My interest is firmly on building an e-commerce trading operation, not on stock, forex, or crypto markets. I will be starting with a modest budget, so every decision has to be cost-conscious and impact-driven.
Here is what I expect from you:
- A realistic launch roadmap: idea validation, niche selection, sourcing options, fulfilment model, and projected cash flow.
- Product strategy: I’ll be selling physical goods, but I’m completely open on the category—your market research should uncover profitable, low-competition items and justify each recommendation with data.
- Store setup support: selecting the right platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.), configuring payment gateways, and optimising for conversion and mobile UX.
- Trading best practices: inventory turns, pricing tactics, promotional calendars, and risk mitigation for a lean operation.
- Traffic & growth advice: organic channels, paid ads, influencer outreach, and KPI tracking so I can scale sustainably.
Acceptance criteria
1. A written business plan (PDF or Google Doc) that includes market analysis, product shortlist with supplier leads, budget breakdown, and a 90-day action timeline.
2. A recorded walkthrough or live session that shows me how to operate the store dashboard and analytics.
3. A follow-up Q&A window (up to two hours) after delivery to clarify any implementation points.
