We're hiring a Remote Construction Accounting & Payroll Manager for a client in Central Oregon. The role involves contract billing, job cost support, certified payroll compliance, and timely reporting of all payroll taxes and workers' compensation requirements.Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction accounting (subcontractor experience strongly preferred)
- Proven experience managing in-house payroll for a mid-sized workforce
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Payroll
- Experience with certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance
- Familiarity with workers' compensation reporting and payroll tax filings
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Benefits
