We are a U.S.-based accounting and bookkeeping firm serving multi-entity businesses, real estate investors, and growing service-based companies. Our work includes complex reconciliations, multi-entity oversight, payroll coordination, audit-ready reporting, and structured financial workflow design.
As we continue refining our operations, I’m seeking a strategic partner to design and implement stronger internal systems.
The objective is not revenue growth. The objective is operational clarity, consistency, and infrastructure.
Scope will include:
- Designing structured hiring and onboarding frameworks
- Building a standardized client onboarding system
- Creating a master monthly close workflow
- Implementing reconciliation and quality control standards
- Establishing role scorecards and accountability structures
- Structuring workflow management (Asana or similar)
- Designing a capacity planning model
Ideal background:
- Experience building systems for accounting or bookkeeping firms
- Strong understanding of QBO-based workflows
- Deep operations design experience
- Ability to translate complexity into structure
This is deliverables-driven. Clear thinking and implementation capability are essential.
