Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Air Ticketing & Group Air Specialist with strong expertise in domestic and international airline ticketing, group air operations, and post-ticketing support. This role requires hands-on experience with GDS systems, manual exchanges, group PNRs, and bulk air contracts.
- Core Responsibilities
- Domestic and international airline ticketing
- Manage daily air ticketing queues
- Process ticket exchanges and reissues
- Handle manual exchanges and Phase IV ticketing
- Build, manage, and maintain group PNRs
- Ticket groups ranging from 10β100 passengers
- Negotiate airline contracts for group bulk space
- Upgrade tickets from economy to premium economy and business class
- Monitor fare rules, ticketing deadlines, and airline policies
- Resolve ticketing issues, discrepancies, and airline schedule changes
- Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in airline ticketing (domestic & international)
- Proven experience with group air ticketing and bulk space
- Strong working knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, or similar)
- Experience managing daily queues, exchanges, and reissues
- Familiarity with Phase IV ticketing and post-ticketing workflows
- Ability to ticket and support groups of 10β100 passengers
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

- Tour operator or wholesale travel experience
- Airline contract negotiation experience
- Premium cabin and business class ticketing experience
