Seamless Real Estate Services is hiring a motivated, licensed real estate professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their own book of business with strong systems and support in place.
- Requirements (Must Have):
- Active real estate license in Florida, Virginia, or Pennsylvania
- Currently residing in the U.S.
- Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 3+ years experience as a licensed real estate agent with proven track record of closings
- Active MLS access (excluding Bright MLS)
- Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of real estate contracts, timelines, and compliance
- Experience with SkySlope, Dotloop, Docusign, Command, Aframe, and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating with agents, clients, lenders, title/escrow, and attorneys
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems
- Self-starter mindset with the motivation to prospect and generate business
