Job Description
We are building a nationally scaled SaaS-style platform serving first responder departments (police, fire, EMS, frontline healthcare). We require an experienced HubSpot Automation Architect to design and implement a full lifecycle CRM system that supports multi-department onboarding, permission-based access control, recurring executive workflows, and renewal automation.
This is not a basic email marketing project. We are building infrastructure.
The ideal candidate has deep experience designing and implementing complex HubSpot automation for SaaS or enterprise-style organizations and can think architecturally before building.
Required Experience
5+ years HubSpot CRM implementation experience
Proven experience building SaaS-style lifecycle automation
Experience designing conditional workflows with branching logic
Strong understanding of CRM data architecture
Experience integrating HubSpot with Zoom (or similar platforms)
Ability to document architecture before implementation
Bonus:

2. Live Program Enrollment Automation
Conditional workflow gating based on employment status
Zoom registration integration (unique join links required)
Cohort enrollment automation (no public links)
One-per-year enforcement logic
3. Quarterly Executive Workflow
Recurring leadership scheduling automation
Automated executive snapshot reporting
Mandatory video submission tracking
Escalation reminders if compliance drops
4. Department Onboarding System
Closed-won → onboarding automation
Roster upload & reconciliation logic
New hire onboarding drip sequences
5. Reporting & Renewal Engine
Executive dashboard reporting
