    Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage documentation processes and ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Collaborate with team members to gather and organize information for reports
  • Develop templates and tools for efficient documentation and reporting
  • Track and monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain a database of all documentation and reports for future reference
    Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
    Desired Experience:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in documentation and reporting
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
  • Knowledge of project management software is a plus
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is desirable
