  • We are looking for a talented Junior PandC Services Specialist with Dutch to join our team at Ingka Business Service Center. As a Junior PandC Services Specialist, you will be part of our P&C Netherlands team, where you will process P&C and payroll matters for IKEA stores and units in the Netherlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, work in a dynamic environment, and contribute to the success of a global company. **Responsibilities:**As a Junior PandC Services Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Processing ongoing orders from the country, such as requests for changes to employment terms
  • Contacting the national P&C unit to clarify errors in insurance applications
  • Further processing in the system
  • Working in Excel to extract reports from the system
  • Providing support to coworkers via email and phone
  • Handling personal data and answering questions related to HR Administration and Payroll
  • Collaborating with Team Leaders and Buddies to ensure successful onboarding
  • *Qualifications:**
  • To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Background in P&C, payroll, or Dutch philology (appreciated but not mandatory)
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Ability to establish relationships with people and focus on being authentic and nurturing a relaxed atmosphere
  • Willingness to learn new things, take the initiative, and not shy away from challenges
