JUNIOR LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

A top-10 AmLaw international law firm is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney to join their dynamic Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Miami. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven litigator to work on sophisticated disputes while learning from a nationally recognized team. The position offers hands-on experience across all stages of litigation, as well as meaningful mentorship and professional development.
- Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record (Class Years 2022-2024)
- Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.
- 1-3 years of general litigation experience across a broad range of practices.
- Completion of a federal or state supreme court judicial clerkship is required.
- Prior law firm experience is a plus.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and sound business judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
- Support senior attorneys in case development, strategy, and client communications.
- Assist with discovery, including drafting requests and responses, and reviewing evidence.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials, providing support to the litigation team.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Review, organize, and manage case files and documentation.
- Engage in pro bono matters to support underserved communities. Why Join Us?

- Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Annual base salary is expected to range from $225,000-$260,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
