Job Description

    We are a growing Australian service-based business in the property sector. We’re looking for a high-level Revenue Operations / Business Intelligence specialist to build and manage a monthly executive dashboard covering:
  • Marketing performance
  • Sales pipeline metrics
  • Financial performance
  • Operational efficiency

This is not basic reporting.

We want strategic-level clarity and decision-grade insights.

The Role

    You will design and maintain a monthly performance dashboard that integrates data from:
  • CRM (GHL / similar)
  • Advertising platforms (Meta / Google)
  • Accounting software (Xero or similar)
  • Internal operational metrics

The outcome:

    A clean, executive-level dashboard that clearly shows:
  • Revenue
  • Gross profit
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Lifetime Value (LTV)
  • Conversion rates by stage
  • Cost per lead
  • Pipeline value
  • Forecast revenue
  • Operational KPIs (cycle time, close rate, fulfilment time etc.)
  • Marketing attribution clarity

We want insights — not just charts.

    You Must Understand
  • Sales pipeline mechanics
  • CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion tracking
  • Financial ratios and margin analysis
  • Operational efficiency metrics
  • CRM integrations
  • Attribution modelling
  • Automation and data consolidation
  • Forecast modelling
