Litigation Attorney (Warranty) - Remote
Location: Job is fully remote
Location is flexible; however, all candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a mid- to senior-level Attorney with a minimum of five years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. This position focuses exclusively on defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related litigation.
Warranty experience is not required; however, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
Significant experience in trial and arbitration preparation, including motion practice, depositions, and mediations
Strong advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
Excellent academic credentials
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
