We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Healthcare Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment of licensed mental health professionals supporting Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALF) across West Coast markets.

- What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for in-person behavioral health providers
- Build and manage pipelines in competitive West Coast markets
- Source via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders on workforce planning
- Manage offer negotiation, compliance, and licensure alignment
- Track and improve time-to-fill and conversion metrics
- What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience
- Proven success recruiting licensed clinicians
- Experience staffing SNF, ALF, post-acute, or long-term care settings preferred
- Strong sourcing and closing skills
- Knowledge of West Coast licensure requirements (CA preferred)
