    Job Description:
  • Owning product positioning and messaging for our flagship AI-powered legal technology, articulating differentiated value across customer segments.
  • Translating complex AI, data, and platform capabilities into clear, credible, and benefit-driven narratives that resonate with legal professionals.
  • Partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and UX to deeply understand product capabilities, roadmap, and technical tradeoffs.
  • Developing high-impact customer-facing assets, including value propositions, messaging frameworks, sales enablement materials, product demos, and narratives.
  • Enabling Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to confidently explain how and why our AI works, including responsible AI principles.
  • Conducting and synthesizing market, customer, and competitive research to inform positioning and strategy.
  • Acting as a subject-matter expert on AI trends in legal tech, helping shape LexisNexis’s point of view in the market.
    Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, legal tech, or enterprise technology.
  • Demonstrated experience marketing AI-powered or data-driven products.
  • Great understanding of AI concepts (e.g., generative AI, machine learning, NLP, large language models) and the ability to explain them clearly and responsibly to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with a track record of turning complexity into clarity.
  • Comfortable partnering with highly technical teams and asking the right questions to extract meaningful customer value.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution skills—you can set direction and deliver high-quality work.
  • Experience supporting sales teams with enablement and field-ready messaging.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for how AI is reshaping professional work, especially the legal industry.
