- Creating and building landing pages on Tilda;
- Producing static and video creatives tailored to specific tests;
- Checking the technical accuracy and correct functioning of all elements;
- Identifying ways to improve loading speed and mobile usability;
- Working in fast iterations: build → test → refine;
- Supporting several ongoing tests simultaneously;
- Maintaining clear communication with the PMM and performance marketing specialist.
- Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a digital designer
- Strong skills in Tilda (adaptive design, layout, integrations, performance optimization)
- Deep understanding of mobile-first design and the specific needs of mobile traffic
- Ability to integrate scripts, validate forms, configure trackers, and ensure a smooth user journey
- Ability to create static and simple video creatives (manually or using AI tool)
- A strong design sense — you can distinguish high-quality visuals from generic AI output
- Native-level Russian language
- High attention to detail and clean, fast execution
- Experience working closely with copywriters and performance marketers
- Regular use of AI tools in your workflow to speed up production.
