Job Description
- Title : Lead Automation Developer
- Location : 100% Remote
- At least six (6) years of experience in Software Design, Implementation, Testing and Automation Implementation, with a focus on executing complex projects and ensuring delivery standards within enterprise environments.
- At least three (3) years of experience designing Reusable Automation Libraries & Modules using Low-Code/Model-Based platforms, ensuring high reusability, efficient object identification, and low maintenance overhead.
- At least four (4) years of experience in Technical Business Analysis, demonstrating the ability to translate function specifications and business process documents into structured, logical test case flows.
- At least three (3) years of experience in Tactical Test Data Implementation, capable of designing data subsets, creating specific data variations, and mapping data to test templates to validate diverse business rules.
- Tricentis Tosca Product Consultant certification (must provide a copy of the certification).
- At least two (2) years of FTE experience in one (1) of the following:
- Jira
- Azure Devops
- ALM Octane
- or equivalent toolsets for requirements management
OR
- Two (2) years of FTE experience in at least three (3) of the following testing tools, or equivalent toolsets:
- Tricentis Tosca
- SmartBear Tool Set
- SOAPUI
- TestNG
- Selenium
- Postman
- Cucumber
- Katalan Studio
- Neoload
- Certification in Tricentis Tosca (must provide a copy of one(1) certification):
- Automation Specialist Level 1 (AS1)
- or
- Automation Specialist Level 2 (AS2)
- DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS :
- Lead Automation Developer
- At least two (2) years of Operational Team Leadership, specifically
- responsible for monitoring daily progress, assigning tasks, conducting module reviews, and enabling team members through technical training and mentorship.
- At least two (2) years of experience leading Defect Triage & Technical Diagnosis, acting as the first line of defense to distinguish between script failures, environment issues, and application defects.
- At least two (2) years of proficiency in Agile/Scrum Management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Octane) for tracking execution velocity, linking test cases to requirements, and managing defect lifecycles.
- At least two (2) years of FTE experience in the last ten (10) years using either HP Unified Functional Testing or Tricentis Tosca.
