- Steer the global product security strategy safeguarding the digital backbone of the power industry
- Set a unified vision and framework for security by design across the full product lifecycle
- Partner with engineering, product, and regional teams to build resilient products that customers trust
- Protect operational technology and digital platforms underpinning reliability, safety, and performance
- Support innovation and modernization goals such as secure AI enablement and robust vulnerability management
- Engage directly with customers and industry stakeholders
- Coordinate global incident response for product lines
- Champion practical security practices for high-availability systems
- Grow teams and elevate security awareness
- Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in product security roles, including global team management
- Extensive experience leading security initiatives for Embedded and/or Industrial Control Systems in a global context
- Demonstrated expertise securing SaaS offerings across architecture, deployment, and ongoing operations
- Comprehensive understanding of AI deployment in new and existing products, including security guardrails, testing, and deployment best practices
- Proven track record building and scaling product security programs in complex, multinational environments
- Direct experience collaborating with customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored security solutions
- Strong R&D background with deep understanding of the product lifecycle and integrating security into development processes
- Recognized thought leadership in product security (e.g., publications, speaking engagements, industry accolades)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CSSLP) strongly preferred.
