Job Description
We are looking for a highly capable E-commerce Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day technical and operational execution for Wine and Beer Supply.
We are currently targeting 50% growth and need an operator who can run with our established strategies. We are moving away from the "virtual assistant" model that requires constant oversight. You will be expected to work autonomously, troubleshoot effectively, and ensure our platforms are fully optimized for sales and logistics.
What You Will Be Doing:
Catalog & Logistics Setup: Your immediate priority will be updating our entire product catalog with precise weights, dimensions, and packaging data so our Shopify shipping calculator functions flawlessly.
Platform Management: Overseeing product feeds, inventory mapping, and listing optimization across Shopify and Amazon FBA.
SEO & Marketing Execution: Implementing on-page SEO, optimizing product titles/descriptions, and ensuring third-party site listings align with our broader marketing strategy.
Market Research: Conducting competitor and product research. We heavily encourage the use of AI tools to streamline this research and improve efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven, hands-on experience managing both Shopify and Amazon FBA stores.
A strong understanding of e-commerce SEO and digital marketing execution.
Exceptional attention to detail—especially when it comes to data entry for shipping matrices and product feeds.
A self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged. You should be able to take a high-level goal, figure out the technical steps, and execute.
Availability to Scale: This role will start part-time (approx. 5–15 hours/week) to ensure a mutual fit, with a direct path to transitioning into a full-time role as we hit our growth targets.
