- Responsibilities
- Develop engaging email content, including newsletters, product launches, and promotional campaigns
- Build, schedule, and manage email campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring technical accuracy and best practices
- Implement audience segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation to support customer lifecycle marketing
- Manage email lists, subscriber hygiene, and flow execution
- Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, and inbox placement to maintain strong email performance
- Analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, revenue) and continuously optimize campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and layouts to improve results
- Write clear, engaging, on-brand email copy
- Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (required)
- A solid understanding of email marketing best practices and deliverability fundamentals
- Strong writing skills with an eye for tone, clarity, and conversion
- Basic to intermediate design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable balancing creative work with technical execution
- Experience with e-commerce or lifestyle brands is a plus
