Required qualifications:
Senior Employment Litigator: Licensed to practice law in California with a minimum of 15 years of employment law litigation experience.
- Experience should include:
- Representing employers in California state and federal courts
- Significant trial experience
- Handling administrative claims before state and federal agencies
- Managing appellate matters
- Advising employers on compliance, disciplinary matters, and workplace disputes
- Participating in arbitrations and labor-related proceedings Ability to independently manage complex litigation matters and provide strategic employer-side counsel.Ideal Characteristics for this Position:
- Strong employer-side litigation background
- Ability to handle high-level, high-stakes matters
- Independent and self-directed in a remote environment
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Clear and effective client communication Preferred Qualifications:
- Northern California-based candidates preferred
- Experience representing public and private employers
- Background handling complex, multi-claim employment litigation Compensation:
$200,000 - $225,000 annually, depending on experience.
Work Model:
Primarily remote.
