Job Description
We run UpFlip Academy - a business education platform with 1.5M YouTube subscribers. We're converting only 0.14% of 150,000 monthly visitors and we think the problem is deeper than just "bad copy."
We need someone to tell us if our entire offer structure, pricing model, and go-to-market strategy actually makes sense - or if we're fundamentally doing this wrong.
We've mapped out two potential strategies and need an experienced consultant to tell us which one to pursue first.
WHAT WE NEED FEEDBACK ON:
1. Academy sales page audit
We'll show you our best-performing landing page. Tell us what's killing conversions and what quick wins we can implement.
2. Value ladder strategy
We've designed a value ladder (free → $97 course → $597 membership → $2K+ coaching). Review it and tell us if the structure makes sense for our audience.
3. "Business in a Box" model
Alternative strategy: Sell niche-specific "business in a box" packages ($3-5K) with upsells to 1-on-1 coaching ($5-10K), instead of pushing everyone to the Academy membership.
Main question: Should we focus on implementing the value ladder for the Academy, or pivot to building the Business in a Box model? Which has more potential and will be faster to execute?
DELIVERABLE:
60 minute strategy call where you review our materials and give us your recommendation.
TO APPLY:
1. Show similar course/membership business you've consulted on
2. Have you worked with value ladders or high-ticket course models before?
3. Based on what you just read, what do you think our biggest problem is?
