As a Sr. Training Specialist, you play a vital role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our workforce. You design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs that drive performance and support our organization's strategic goals. Your expertise ensures our employees are equipped to excel in their roles, contributing to overall success and growth.
This position requires an Active DoD Secret Clearance.
This position is Fully Remote and is currently contingent upon award.
- Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads training delivery, ensuring effective and engaging sessions.
- Develops comprehensive training curriculum aligned with business needs.
- Applies instructional design principles to create impactful learning experiences.
- Conducts needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Evaluates training programs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Manages training projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Designs and delivers virtual training sessions using various online platforms.
- Champions change management initiatives through effective training and communication.
- Manages knowledge management systems to ensure easy access to training resources and FAQ's.
- Develops and delivers role based technical training to various users groups
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred in a relevant field
- 7 years of experience in training and development.
- 4 years of experience in the DoD environment
- Must have understanding of Agile Methodologies
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design
- Experience with project management and training evaluation methodologies
