- 1-3 years of experience in a call center customer service environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills

- High-speed internet access and a quiet workspace at home
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
