Role Description
- The Procurement Specialist II plays a crucial role in supporting sourcing, vendor management, and procurement activities across the organization.
- Negotiate favorable contract terms, collaborating with the legal team as necessary.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and address procurement-related issues.
- Partner with Procurement Analysts to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
- Drive cost savings and implement process improvements.
- Promote policy compliance and educate stakeholders on procurement processes and risk management.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure proper classification, onboarding, and compliance of external workers.
- Qualifications
- Expertise in procurement, stakeholder management, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation.
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow platforms.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in procurement within a multi-million dollar organization.
- 2 years of experience in negotiating contracts.
- 2+ years of experience in driving cost savings.
- 2+ years of experience with Managed Service Provider (MSP) Programs.
- Experience with a ticketing system such as ServiceNow or similar.

Work Environment
This is a fully remote role for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone. The procurement team consists of a total of 10 people, including Procurement Analysts and the Operations team.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
