Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified US patent lawyer with a minimum of 15 years of litigation experience to assist with our patent-related legal matters. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of US patent law and a proven track record in court. Responsibilities include preparing and filing patent litigation documents, strategizing case approaches, and representing clients in court proceedings. Requirements:
- Tech background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum 15 years experience in patent litigation with trial experience. Preferred Texas or CA litigation
- Fluent & articulate in English
- Certified with the US Patent Bar
- Remote work possible but preferred in Washington DC or New York
- Can lead a case independently
- Salary based
