Epic Commercial Properties is looking for a surgical Acquisitions Operator to lead our direct-owner execution. We are primarily active in Florida, with an expanding footprint across the Sunbelt.
We generate the early-stage owner dialogues; you turn them into closed acquisitions. This is for the person who wants the autonomy of a principal without the grind of lead generation.

- Direct Owner Execution: You step into warm, off-market conversations with owners who have already signaled openness to sell.
- Zero Scripting: You navigate complex motivations—debt maturities, probate, or tax-driven exits—with the sophistication of a seasoned operator.
- Total Autonomy: No CRM-policing. No micro-management. You either move the deal to a PSA, or you walk.
- Remote Focus: You operate at peak efficiency from your own headquarters.
