- Template Architecture: Setting up a master template using Smart Content and Conditional Logic so our team can toggle between "Grand Wedding" and "Corporate Gala" modes instantly.
- Pricing Table Mastery: Building complex, tiered pricing tables for guest counts ranging from 100 to 1,500+, including add-ons like our "Botanical Carts" and "Nitrogen Labs."
- CRM Integration: Linking PandaDoc to our workflow to ensure data flows quickly and without manual error.
- Variables & Tokens: Setting up a library of tokens so that every detail—from the bride’s name to the corporate logo—populates automatically.
- Interactive Art: Embedding high-definition video (The Royal Series) and interactive floor plans into the proposal.
