Salesforce Architect – Service, Sales & Community Cloud

Experience Level: 10+ years overall; 5+ years in Salesforce architecture
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Translate business needs into well-architected solutions using best practices
- Lead technical design sessions, develop technical solution documentation, and guide development teams
- Ensure integration with other enterprise applications and platforms
- Support data migration, system testing, and deployment processes
- Requirements:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (preferred)
- Strong experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud)
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
