HyroTrader is a fast-growing crypto proprietary trading firm expanding its core infrastructure. We are building a high-performance, real-time trading system connecting to multiple crypto exchanges.
We are looking for a Senior Low-Latency Trading Systems Engineer to design and implement critical backend components powering our trading environment.
- What You’ll Work On
- Real-time order routing and state management
- Exchange API integrations (REST + WebSocket)
- Risk validation and account logic
- High-availability, fault-tolerant backend services
- Event-driven architecture (Kafka-based)
- Low-latency WebSocket streaming
This is not a standard CRUD/backend role. It’s real-time systems engineering.
- Requirements
- Strong production experience in Go (preferred) or Rust
- Deep understanding of concurrency and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with WebSockets at scale
- Experience with Kafka and Redis
- Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Experience designing scalable, resilient systems
- Solid networking fundamentals
- Nice to Have
- Experience integrating crypto exchange APIs
- Background in trading systems or financial infrastructure
- Docker / Kubernetes experience
- Performance tuning & load testing
