Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic data platform initiatives that enable scalable, secure, and high-performing data platform capabilities across the PSG group This role will drive cross-functional programs and some projects focused on building a unified data platform including but not limited to: data integrations, assistance with enterprise data governance, and program management structure for multiple workstreams

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of program management experience, preferably within the biosciences or life sciences industry, and a strong track record of delivering complex, multi-

workstream data platform projects

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data platform programs, from strategy through execution and operationalization
Partner with data engineering, architecture, analytics IT, security, and business stakeholders to define scope, roadmap, milestones, and success metrics
Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
Manage interdependencies across multiple projects and teams

Facilitate executive steering committee and provide clear, concise program updates for some projects, while others will have their own project managers
Ensure adherence to data governance, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (especially relevant to biosciences environments)

Identify and manage program risks, issues, and change controls

Champion best practices in program management. Agile/SAFe, and hybrid delivery methodologies
Manage multiple project managers assisting on the different workstreams

Required Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in program or project management
Demonstrated experience leading data platform, data engineering, data transformation initiatives

Experience managing cross-functional technical teams

Experience in the biosciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry .
Familiarity with GxP, data integrity, and regulatory compliance requirements PMP, P&MP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar certification
Experience with modern data platforms
Experience supporting AL/ML or advanced analytics initiatives
Strong understanding of data architecture concepts (data lakes, data warehouses,
