- Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Financials within federal systems.
- Configure and support G-Invoicing integrations with U.S. Department of the Treasury systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.
- Support interagency agreement (IAA) billing, accounts receivable/payable, and reimbursement processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support system interfaces, data conversions, and custom reports.
- Perform functional testing, UAT support, and validation of financial transactions.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Develop functional documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal financial regulations, audit standards, and internal controls.
- Serve as a functional advisor to government stakeholders and project leadership.
- Requirements:
- Due to Government Contract, all viable candidates must be US Citizens and have an active Secret Security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years related work experience
- G-Invoicing experience
