As a Customer Service Representative on our Shell team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, operating a cash register and lottery machine, tracking inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store and parking lot. - *Responsibilities**
- Provides fast, friendly customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Operates a cash register and lottery machine, accurately processing transactions and handling customer payments.
- Tracks inventory in cigarettes and lottery tickets, ensuring accurate counts and minimizing losses.
- Cleans store and parking lot as needed, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
- Processes vendor deliveries and replenishes store product, ensuring timely and accurate restocking.
- Completes daily paperwork, accurately accounting for all transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- *Requirements**
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Physical dexterity required, with the ability to move up to 50 lbs. from one area to another
- Ability to operate a computerized POS system
- Basic math skills and written/verbal skills
- Enthusiasm and team player attitude
- Commitment to excellent customer service and a positive work environment
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
- Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and inventory management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move around the store and parking lot
