As a Customer Service and Sales professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing fast, friendly, and personalized service to our customers, actively seeking out opportunities to assess their needs and provide assistance
  • Learning about our products and services using our tools and training programs, and providing information to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions
  • Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing sales with customers in a professional and courteous manner

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or related environment
