We are currently searching for a CRM Consultant – Salesforce Dev:
- Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and modern DX/Git workflows.
- Implement integrations using APIs and event-driven patterns to connect complex systems.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate high-level requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous improvement of the development lifecycle.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to enhance code quality and delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate on solution design, including Salesforce configuration such as objects, fields, permissions, and validations.
- Requirements:
- 6+ years of total software development experience, with at least 4+ years specialized in Salesforce.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is strictly required.
- Advanced knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce security models.
- Proficiency with modern tools including VS Code, SalesforceDX CLI, and integration-heavy architectures.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to align with U.S. Eastern business hours.
- Proven ability to capture business requirements and provide technical thought leadership.
- Desired:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2) (Highly preferred).
- Experience in capabilities supporting sales, marketing, or alternative investment professionals.
- Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
