As a Retail Customer Service Associate II - Returns & Exchanges, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of customers, solve complex problems, and build lasting relationships. - *What you'll be doing day to day**
As a Retail Customer Service Associate II - Returns & Exchanges, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders, and recording information accurately to inform future improvements to the customer shopping experience.
- Meeting customers' needs, solving problems independently, and recognizing when to escalate to a manager to ensure seamless customer service.
- Building loyalty by ensuring a positive customer journey during the arenaflex shopping experience, and fostering emotional connections through meaningful and empathetic interactions.
- Providing customers with a simple and efficient handout experience when scheduled in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), and offering and selling services to customers during the handover process when needed.
- Providing customers with a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience, while collecting high-quality data for follow-up when scheduled in returns.
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of retail customer service and/or experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
