Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Net2Source (N2S) is seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable healthcare solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and strong knowledge of healthcare data models and compliance requirements.
- Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud
- Lead end-to-end implementation of healthcare solutions on Salesforce platform
- Define architecture roadmap, integration patterns, and best practices
- Design patient-centric data models and care coordination solutions
- Implement provider network management and care plans
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, HL7, FHIR, MuleSoft, etc
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards
- Provide technical leadership to developers and functional consultants
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and client workshops
- Design data migration and deployment strategies
- Optimize system performance and scalability
- Skills
- 10+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years in Salesforce architecture and solution design
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
- Strong expertise in: Apex, LWC, Visualforce
- Flow, Process Builder
- Salesforce APIs & Integrations
- Experience Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience with: HL7, FHIR
- MuleSoft or other middleware tools
- Healthcare data models
- HIPAA compliance and data governance
- Experience in data migration tools (Data Loader, ETL tools)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Security model
- Experience in DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines)
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred
- Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional
- Salesforce Application/System Architect Certifications
- Experience in payer or provider healthcare environments
- Knowledge of value-based care models
