Role Overview
We are seeking an elite Senior Construction Estimator based in Lahore to handle high-stakes US public works projects. You will be responsible for the entire estimation and pre-construction lifecycle. This role requires a "no-excuses" approach to deadlines and a mastery of US City/State agency bidding protocols.
- Strict Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Residence: Must be physically located in Pakistan.
- Agency Experience: Extensive, verifiable experience with US City and State agencies (e.g., DOT, SCA, DDC). You must understand US public bidding laws and forms.
- Proven Track Record: You must be able to show a portfolio of past projects you have personally estimated and won.
- Exclusivity: Absolutely no double employment. We are hiring for a dedicated, full-time team member.
- Monitoring: Willingness to work via screen monitoring and active time-tracking software for the duration of the shift.
- Timing: Must work strictly according to US Time Zones (EST/CST/PST).
- Key Responsibilities
- Full Take-offs: Perform detailed Quantity Take-offs (QTO) and Material Take-offs (MTO).
- Cost Estimation: Develop precision hard-bid estimates using RSMeans or regional cost data.
- Subcontractor Management: Source, vet, and manage US-based subcontractors.
- Bid Leveling: Perform comprehensive "apples-to-apples" bid comparisons to ensure no scope gaps.
- Construction Administration: Handle RFIs, submittals, and change order management as required by the agency.
- Technical Skills
- Expertise in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or On-Center.
- Deep knowledge of CSI MasterFormat and US building codes.
- Fluent English (Written and Verbal) for professional correspondence with US stakeholders.
