ALFA - Alexandre Law Firm & Associates is a fast-growing immigration law firm seeking a passionate Immigration Attorney ready to make a real impact. The role involves handling complex immigration cases, providing strategic representation in court, and protecting immigrant families.
- Responsibilities
- Active license in good standing with any U.S. state bar
- Minimum 3 years of experience practicing immigration law
- Strong experience in Removal / Deportation Defense
- Experience with Bond Hearings, Master & Individual Hearings
- Experience with Motions to Reopen / Reconsider
- Habeas Corpus petitions (federal court experience strongly preferred)
- Comfortable handling detained cases
- Strong legal writing and litigation skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Skills
