You’re not expected to know everything—we believe in helping you develop deep expertise in your specialty, while our full-service team handles all other areas such as link building, social media, design, and development.

What We’re Looking For
Desired Skills:
– Strong experience in animation, motion graphics, and visual effects
– Knowledge of production and post-production workflows
– Up-to-date understanding of social media platforms, especially for video content
– Ability to develop and interpret scripts and storyboards
– Proficiency with tools like Vyond and Adobe Creative Suite for designing, animating, and editing content
– Helpful additional experience with Photoshop, After Effects, and Vyond
– Skill in adjusting lighting, audio, and color during editing
– Understanding of video formatting, compression, aspect ratios, and frame rates
Qualities:
– Passion for creative storytelling, design, and animation
– Strong sense of color, composition, and visual style
– Excellent attention to detail
– Curiosity and willingness to explore new ideas
What You’ll Do:
– Create and refine digital storyboards
– Turn storyboards into compelling visual content
– Produce high-quality animations and 3D motion graphics
– Pair visuals with voice-over scripts
– Develop ideas using Adobe Suite and other editing tools
– Perform color correction and grading
– Improve audio quality during post-production
– Collaborate with team members to deliver engaging and informative content
Compensation:
– Negotiable based on experience
– Includes annual merit-based raises
Working Hours:
We’re seeking team members who can overlap with US East Coast hours, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
For applicants in Asia (Philippines / Indonesia):
3:30 pm – 12:00 am local time
(3:30 am – 12:00 pm EDT or 2:30 am – 11:00 am EST, depending on the season)
A 30-minute break can be taken anytime between 6 pm and 8 pm local time.
