NYC-based preferred (in-market 3 days/week)
OR Central NJ (Freehold area) with ability to travel into NYC 2+ days/week
Compensation

$50,000–$60,000 base salary
+ performance-based bonus

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven, people-first Account Manager to help us build and maintain strong community partnerships in the field.
The Opportunity

This is an early‑career, high‑exposure role ideal for someone who is motivated, outgoing, and eager to build real-world experience in healthcare partnerships. You’ll spend most of your time in the field, visiting partner sites, attending events, and strengthening relationships—not sitting behind a desk.

    You’ll learn the business from the ground up and have a clear path to grow into senior account management or leadership roles as Welltel expands.Who You Are

    Prior healthcare or sales experience is helpful but not required—we care more about attitude, reliability, and follow‑through.What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, agencies, and healthcare organizations
  • Conduct regular in‑person visits to partner sites across NYC and surrounding areas
  • Educate partners on Welltel’s telehealth and remote patient monitoring services
  • Represent Welltel at networking events, community meetings, and industry gatherings
  • Serve as a consistent point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Track activity and outcomes in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal clinical and operations teams to support partner success
  • Grow into managing larger accounts and, over time, mentoring newer team members
    Work Style & Expectations
  • Field-based role with frequent local travel
  • NYC presence 2–3 days per week depending on location
  • Flexible schedule with accountability for results
  • This is an active, relationship-driven role—not a desk job
