We are a specialized Amazon Agency managing multiple accounts. We are looking for an experienced Amazon Operations & Troubleshooting Specialist to join our team on an hourly basis.

We do NOT need a general VA for product research or PPC. We need a problem solver who specializes in the "tedious" side of Amazon: fixing catalog errors, handling compliance requests, and managing Seller Support cases until they are resolved.

The Role:

You will be our "go-to" person when an ASIN gets blocked, a listing is suppressed, or Amazon requests compliance documents. Your goal is to keep the Account Health clean and the catalog active.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Log Management: Opening, tracking, and escalating cases with Amazon Seller Support until resolution (not just accepting the first templated reply).

Catalog Troubleshooting: Fixing listing issues such as split variations, orphaned ASINs, and "Search Suppressed" listings.

Flat File Expertise: Using Inventory Loader Files (Excel) to fix attributes, update listing data, and resolve brand inconsistencies or errors.

Compliance & Account Health: Handling Suspected Intellectual Property Violations, Restricted Product removals, and upload compliance docs (CE, CPC, Hazmat).

Brand Registry: Resolving issues where the store is not linking to the products or A+ content errors.

Writing POAs: Drafting Plans of Action (POAs) for reinstatement of ASINs if needed.

Requirements:

Proven Experience: 2+ years specifically managing Amazon Seller Central operations and troubleshooting.

Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Flat Files / Bulk Uploads is MANDATORY.

Tenacity: You know that Seller Support often gives wrong answers. You must be willing to push back, reopen cases, and find alternative solutions.

English: Fluent written English is required to communicate effectively with Support and our team.

Agency Experience is preferred: Ability to handle tasks for different clients/accounts efficiently.
