Job Description
Target Integration Inc is looking for a proactive, tech‑enthusiastic CRM Project Manager who is passionate about learning, growing, and launching a strong career in the IT–CRM domain.
This role is ideal for a fresher (0–1 year experience) who is eager to develop skills in CRM platforms, project coordination, client communication, and marketing support. You’ll receive structured learning resources and guidance—but we’re looking for someone who brings curiosity, initiative, and a positive mindset.
You will support CRM projects, engage with clients, run marketing activities, and help the team deliver smooth, high‑quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. CRM Support & Project Coordination
- Assist in end‑to‑end CRM project activities from requirements gathering to delivery.
- Help prepare workflows, project documents, timelines, and status updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Communicate with clients for updates, clarifications, and feedback.
- Learn and support CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.
- 2. Client Communication & Relationship Support
- Join client calls along with senior consultants to understand business needs.
- Communicate project updates professionally and clearly.
- Maintain positive client relationships through proactive engagement.
- 3. IT Sales Assistance & Pre-Sales Exposure
- Support sales teams in preparing proposals, presentations, and SOW drafts.
- Participate in discovery calls to observe and assist in understanding client requirements.
- Help prepare CRM demos (training provided).
- 4. Marketing & Campaign Activities
- Assist in creating, planning, and executing basic marketing campaigns.
- Contribute ideas and content for social media, email campaigns, and lead generation activities.
- Help maintain CRM-based marketing automation pipelines.
- 5. Internal CRM & Operations Support
- Update internal CRM data, track project progress, and document key metrics.
- Maintain organized records of communication, project notes, and follow-ups.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- We’re looking for someone who is:
- A fresher or early-career professional (0–1 year experience)
- Excellent in verbal and written communication
- Tech-curious with strong interest in IT, CRM, or SaaS tools
- Proactive, eager to learn, and open to taking on new tasks
- Organized and responsible with good multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working remotely & coordinating with US-based teams
- Ready to grow long-term with the organization

- Timing: PST Time zone
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Annual Package: $16,000 – $20,000 USD
- Training: Full CRM and project-process training provided
- Growth: Opportunity to transition into CRM Consultant / Project Manager roles
